An unclear orange-brown beer with a nice head. The aroma is very wheaty combined with strong notes of banana. The flavor is also very wheaty, but here notes of oranges are evident.

(Bottle 50 cl) Muddy brown with a huge, bubbly head. Not very fruity and without the usual wheaty esters. Lacks some personality and is honestly a bit disappointing. 240400

50 cL bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Slight metallic alcohol malty aroma. Spiced hoppy and malty flavour. Dry and slight fruity finish. Decent.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy nut brown, small head. Cardboardy nose with banana and caramel underneath. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Light toffee lingeri in the finish. A simple but correct dunkelweizen.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Unclear hazy medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, wheat, caramel, orange notes, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081110]

Bottle. Aroma has a hint of banana. Brown colour, semi-stable white head. Acidic flavour, harsh bitterness. Aftertaste has a little banana.

Dark brown, hazy, nice head. The aroma has notes of wheat and fruit, banana. The flavour is nice, normally I prefer the light wheat versions best, because they have more power and body. But this is nice with nice notes of wheat, fruit, banana and sweetness of course. But as in the case with the light version of this beer, more power and body would be nice.
