Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen

500ml bottle into weizen glass. Appears as a hazy orange beer with a medium white head showing good retention and lacing. Generous aromas of wheat, bananas, cloves and citrus. Tastes of medium sweet wheat malts with a nice citrus lemony finish and a hint of bubblegum. Medium bodied with a tingly mouthfeel. Quite filling in the stomach. A nice German Hefe that hits all the right notes.

Bottle 50 cl. Orange, hazy with a large white head. Aroma; wheat and some sence of yeast. Flavor; quite sweet taste of wheat but turn a bit sour at the end. ok

Pours cloudy yellow with a large off-white head. Aroma is wheat, banana and yeast. Flavour is dry wheat malt, banana and light citrus.

Bottle. Last beer of too many on my tour of England & Scotland. Darker golden pour, fluffy white head. clovey, banana, light citrus, fuller mouthfeel. decent hefe

Rich cloudy orange, large doughy head. Orange, banana, and wheat in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation. Early taste a touch sour, and a chemical bitterneess. Some swimmingpool in the finish. Weird one, Sub-par.

Clear pale orange, looks watery. Big wheat aroma, mild acidic flavor, touch watery

Hazy orange of color with a white head. An aroma of banana, wheat and yeast. A flavor of wheat, sweets, yeast and banana.

50cl bottle, pale orange colour, creamy white head, wheat aroma with lots of banana and citrus notes, light sweet flavor, medium body, finish with some yeast and still fruity notes
