Nose had a lipstick / cosmetic type of sweetness to it - sweet with bananas too. A slight thin bodywise some nice spices and enough complexity in the flavours to hold interest. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 26, 2007 On tap at the Marriott Hotel, Leipzig. A decent but unspectacular Hefeweizen. Good citrus and vanilla aroma and a nice cloudy yellow look with a great big white head. The taste is rather over sweet though and the palate is a bit thin, which lets it down somewhat. ekstedt (2439), Göteborg, Sweden

Per il prezzo a cui la mettono, tuttavia, è un vero tesoro, soprattutto in questa calura. Bene. TheToaster (14), Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 26, 2007 This is about one of the most interesting in it’s genre. It deviates slightly from the formula by offering more citrus fruits in it’s flavour, making it even more perfect as a summer drink, that one doesn’t seem to get tired of. Average looks and foam. A good wheat beer this. Nice and fruity, but with enough hops to make it interesting. Not a top-drawer specimen like Paulaner or Franziskaner, but much better than bland offerings like Erdinger. Jawohl for this little Lammchen, I say!
