Commercial Description:
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and poor slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

500ml bottle (Stockman, Tallinn)
Rich cloudy orange, large doughy head. Orange, banana, and wheat in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation. Early taste a touch sour, and a chemical bitterneess. Some swimmingpool in the finish. Weird one, Sub-par.

Bottled from Aachen, color is very hazy light orange, lively carbonation and huge fluffy head. Look fantastic in a long hefe-glass. Nose is banana and some wheat. Arome is the same it slows down and the rest is not so much intensive with a soury flavour and quite a flat aftertaste.

Bottle, 0.5 l, Trinkgut; lovely hefeweizen, smells a bit like marmite, fruity yeasty taste (I agree with banana), poors hazy yellow with a firm head. I like this one!
