Aroma of flowers, grapefruit, orange, vanilla and liquor. Lightly bitter initial flavour, somewhat more bitter in the end. Lightly bodied and sof carbonation. Not so interesting due to a rather flat flavour. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 23, 2006 Decent German hefeweizen. Poured a bottle-conditioned bronze colour, with a tall, lasting head. Typical hefeweizen aroma: Bananas, wheat. Quenching palate. Slight sourness to this - may be past its best. But not unpleasant. joeycapps (1466), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 18, 2006 Pours a clear gold w/ a large white head that quickly disappeared. Sweet, mildly yeasty, grainy aroma. Soft, medium feel. Flavour is somewhat wheaty & fruity (banana) w/ notes of honey & a very quick, dry finish. sayravai (3733), Helsinki, Finland
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 5, 2006 (Canned, BBE 03/2007) Very hazy yellow-orange color with a medium, big-bubbled, fading head. Neutral, maybe slightly sweet, citrus-banana aroma. Moderately acidic, not very sweet flavor of wheat and banana with faint smoky hints. Medium-bodied, slicky and foamy-carbonated, quite refreshing palate. Although well balanced, it’s something between a real Hefeweizen and a non-alcoholic one. A bit empty, IMO. Ha - this was the brewery making Clausthaler NA Hefeweizen - I knew it!:) hayduke (1655), Eureka, California, USA

Nose of fruit, mostly banana and citrus. Very yeasty. All in all however a decent hefeweizer. Quinten (959), zaandam, Netherlands

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour, with hoppy citrus aromas. Big creamy head. Bitter tasting, with a disapointing thin texture.
I could have been a contender.
