This is definitively one of the worst Waizen-beers you can get in Germany. By the way its not brewed in Southern Germany what is not very typical. Garrat (1132), Suffolk, England

Yellow orange colour, slightly cloudy, poured into a Weihenstephan Weizen, decent head, settled to a thin cap, some islands of lace left on the glass. Aroma is mostly of soft bananas and a little lemon. Slightly sweet wheaty taste with banana, lemon and vanilla flavours. Fairly thin mouthfeel. Easy to drink, but not quite Weihenstephan.
I’m aware I’m drinking this out of code and bought it at a significantly reduced price because of it. I’m yet to taste this otherwise but it seems to hold up a little after the best before date.
