Jun 9, 2009 50cl bottle poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy orange with ample fluffy white head. Aroma is bananas, citrus, yeast. Flavor is sweet Strong banana and some spice. Medium carbonation. Medium finish, slightly bitter. I find this one rather ordinary.

Jun 9, 2009 500ml bottle. Murky gold colour with a large, billowing head that settles to a medium-thin film. Banana and bubblegum aroma with a wheat and yeast background. Light on the palate with decent carbonation but, for me, there’s not enough body. Taste is mostly at the bubblegum/banana end and more than a bit of cloves. There’s also a slight sweetness and dryish finish. Nothing spectacular, nothing particularly bad, either.

May 12, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy yellow body with a white large head. Lots of banana in aroma with some wheat and clove. Bit bubblegum as well. Flavour is citric bitter with a hoppy touch. Banana and clove is dominating. Bit tart at the finish.

May 8, 2009 Bottle, 50cl. Pours an unclear yellow beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is wheat, citrus and malt. The flavor is hops (hay), and it leaves a dry palate. Average beer, but as hefeweizen below average.

Apr 26, 2009 Updated: Sep 30, 2009Bottle , pours a slightly hazy,amber colour,strong wheat aroma with some fruit (mostly banana, some citrus). off-white Taste is strong fruity (banana and citrus) initially, becomes more wheaty in the middle. More bitterness in the finish.
one of my favourite Hefeweizen.
