Apr 4, 2009 Bottle. Bright orange and very cloudy. Aroma is a little clovey. Tastes clovery, spicy with a very tart finish. A really foamy mouthfeel. Not sure my bottle was at its best as I’ve had this beer many times and enjoyed it much more previously.

Apr 2, 2009 Pours opaque deep gold with copper core and thin white head. The aroma is sweet malts, a pulse of grain then moving into bubble and banana. Solid aroma with smooth blended notes. The taste is also smooth but brings in a refreshing sensation. I get a pulse of crisp floral hops moving into malt graininess. By midway bubble gum and modest notes of banana come to the surface. Yum. Well executed hefe.

Mar 29, 2009 Thanks gillard for the share. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Nose is banana, clove, sugar, and a smooth wheatiness. Flavor is not bad, banana, clove, and wheat. Overall not bad.

Feb 11, 2009 (Bottle on 2009-02-05) Orange and cloudy. Largish long lasting white head. Banana and hops in aroma. Medium bodied and quite dry palate with high carbonation. Banana, grapefruit, fruitiness, bitterness, malts and sweetness in taste. Short bitter and fruity aftertaste.
