Commercial Description:
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and poor slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

Poured a hazy gold under a average white head. Smell of strong yeast, bread, and a lighter clove. Taste was Very yeasty with hints of butterscotch and vinalla. Very light on the palate, and very quick to finish. Nice if you like the yeasty style.

Nice cloudy color with a fluffy foam. Aroma is sweety and fruity, banana notes. Nothing special. Flavor is refreshing; Mouthfeel is dry and short.

A little hazy, yellow/golden colored beer, wit a huge with foamy head. The aroma of fresh fruits, like citrus and malts. The taste is a little dry, wheat, with fruits like bananas with citrus . The aftertaste is some bitter.

Pours a thick creamy head. A light, murky yellow with fine sediment. Aromas of banana, bubblegum and some yeast. Soft carbonation. Fruity flavours of banana and lemon. Hints of caramel and yeast. A slightly bitter finish that doesnt stick around. An enjoyable wheatbeer but not the best.

Yeasty banana nose with a nutmeg note. Super cloudy with a thin lacy head. Light to medium , not a lot of carbonation, a little creamy. Very yeasty, a little citrus. Dry yeast flavor left behind with a little sweet cinnamon. Sediment is more gooey compared to others.

Strong citrus scent from something that looks like a Creamcicle. Very sweet with low carbonation. A touch of that grapefruity bite in the back of the throat I don’t like much.
