Sep 20, 2009 Sampled during RBSG 7/10/2009 at the brew dinner. This IPA pours a medium gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma was grapefruity and piney hops. Very fresh hop aroma. Medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity. Fairly intense flavors with a lot of hop bitterness. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is bitter.

Aug 21, 2009 (Draught) Pours a cloudy golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of hand-full of fresh hops, grain, and earth. Flavor of hops (pine, earth, peppery, herbal, citrus), cereal, and grain with a dry, bitter finish. Certainly for the hop lover!

Jul 27, 2009 From a pitcher at the RBSG beer dinner. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Solid grapefruity and slight astringent aroma. Solid grapefruity flavoured yet with the bitterness downplayed. Solid growing bitter into a dry finish. Hop juice really.

This is a dark gold pour with lots of citrus hoppiness. It finishes neatly dry. Tasty beer.

Jul 14, 2009 Craig does it again! Pours a medium dark golden slightly cloudy amber with a thin eggshell colored head. Wonderful pine, light citrus and caramel nose and flavor with a slight bitter and perfectly dry finish.
