Commercial Description:
We take our already hoppy West-Coast IPA and add more of what people want, more hops! In addition to the 3 kettle additions, we dry hop it in the fermentor 3 separate time at 3 different temperatures. We put over 3 pounds of hops per barrel of beer. After adding all those hops it would be a shame to strain it all back out, so this brew is left unfiltered.

Sampled during RBSG 7/10/2009 at the brew dinner. This IPA pours a medium gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma was grapefruity and piney hops. Very fresh hop aroma. Medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity. Fairly intense flavors with a lot of hop bitterness. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is bitter.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of hand-full of fresh hops, grain, and earth. Flavor of hops (pine, earth, peppery, herbal, citrus), cereal, and grain with a dry, bitter finish. Certainly for the hop lover!

From a pitcher at the RBSG beer dinner. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Solid grapefruity and slight astringent aroma. Solid grapefruity flavoured yet with the bitterness downplayed. Solid growing bitter into a dry finish. Hop juice really.

Craig does it again! Pours a medium dark golden slightly cloudy amber with a thin eggshell colored head. Wonderful pine, light citrus and caramel nose and flavor with a slight bitter and perfectly dry finish.
