On tap @ Schooners. Clear amber color, thin white head. Very mild citric hop aroma over light toasty malts. Nice hop flavor, very balanced between sweet malts and piney hops.

On tap at the Schooner’s Brewery/Restaurant in Antioch. It pours a clear deep gold to copper with thin white head. The aroma is mild with faint lightly roasted malts and a faint hop presence. The flavor is really malty with some spice to pine hop bitterness. Early on the flavors are smooth and mixed somewhat. Near the finish the hops stand out a bit more with a combo of pine, spice and floral hops.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a nice off-white head. Fruity/citrus aroma. Light grapefruit flavor with low malt backing. Easy to drink. Medium body. Lingering fruit and citrus.

Light orange-brown with profuse head. Moderate, dank hops aroma, citrus and light cat piss. Lots of explosive fruity flavors draped over a basic, nicely extracted pale malt background. Very clean, rather lightly bitter finish over a perfumey hoppy exudate.

On tap @ Schooners poured a clear amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, pine and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, pine and earthiness with a lingering bitter finish.

(Growler) Courtesy of aspidites. Clear, dark amber golden with a small, dense, off-white head leaving laces. Fresh and enticing hop aroma with loads of fruity accents. Fairly light in body - almost a bit watery - with a discreet malt base. Has an almost berry-like fruitiness. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. 290307

Bottle sampled on 10/23/06: Pours a hazy golden bronze with a nicely-lacing covering if white head. Aroma has a fresh green hoppy presence with a touch of toasted malt. Body starts lightly sugary sweet balanced with piny bittering hops toward a bittersweet finish. A good APA.
