malty and woody, this is a misc. type of beer classified as an amber. It is not a Belgian style nor an American hopped up red, but it’s closer to the former. Medium or lighter mouthfeel, lots of initial fiz in head. So-so.Thanks Boutip for hitchhiker.

Let us start with the good part. Nice amber color, the aroma of caramel with a sweet fruity taste. Very little body not a good after taste if any.

[ Bottled ; chilled ; dates are unknown ; clearing common bottle from cellar to make room]
Mostly diminushing large creamy white head that tops up a cloudy medium orange body. Many thick particules. Aroma is heavy grain while hops are moderate perfume and yeast is heavy cheese. Also, there are excessive notes of bubble gum and evident traces of cardboard. Initial flavor is lighty sweet while development is .. mostly cardboard and finish is short and metallic. Yeast taste peachy. Light to medium body.. watery texture... Lively carbonation..

Another Schoune down the drain.

Un peu caramelisé, bon goût de malt, pas mal meilleur que celle à l’érable.

341ml brown bottle, split with gilvanblight and PandoraGreen. Hazy, deep golden hue. Head was reduced to a light layer of white foam. Slight caramel aroma, tiny bit floral as well. Noticable hops, a touch bitter. Light overall, thin. Slight hops aftertaste saved it from being completely throwaway.

Quelle sent bonne. C’est ce qui m’a le plus attiré dans cette bière. À part de ça, c’est comme de l’eau. Alors, je ne l’ai pas but, si je veux un vers d’eau, je le préfère qu’à cette bière ;))
