Pours light yellow color, aroma of lemon and banana i think, sweet taste with a fruity ending.

Very nice in aroma and taste, cloudy apearnca- Nice taste and excellent aftertaste.

Bouteille de 341 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur paille et une mousse à grosses bulles qui réussit à peine à former un cercle sur la paroît du verre. Au nez on découvre des arômes de coriandre, de raisin blanc, d’agrumes et de levure. En bouche on rencontre un corps mince avec une effervescence moyenne-élevé. On goute la coriandre, la levure, les agrumes ainsi qu’une touche de vin blanc.

Je ne sais qui a conçu cette bière, mais je sais qu’elle est la meilleure que je puisse boire. En mon nom, je peux dire dans toutes mes expériences de dégustation de bière celle-ci est la meilleure qui possède une saveur exquise et unique qui rend le goût de cette bière quasi parfaite.

Bon arome, pas d’araire goût. Doré comme un champ de blé. Elle sait égaillé le palais, laissant un arome continu quand elle se baigne dans le palais. La langue s’excite au contact de cette boisson si velouté, quand en fait d’elle une bière quand ne veux point quitté. Elle a l’art de se griller dans la gorge comme en hiver assis sur un toboggan où elle crispe le camp..

Cloudy grapefruit juice colour with thin white head. Light malt vinegar nose. Sour fruity yeast taste with light fruity finish.

Opaque straw,small white head.Light acetic yeast nose.Highly acetic taste,yeasty with fruit undertone. Fizzy

Bottle : Poured with a pale straw color with a light haze ( a more substantial yeast/wheat protien haze would be welcome)...instantly disapearing cap, weak lacing of the glass...negative points there. Nose is remotely "wit-like" with some sweetness, buiscuity malt tones and light spice and citus...very light. Light body, puckering dry mouthfeel, dry citrus spritzy character. Peppery mouth up front from the carbonation..this dies back revealing a sour-citrus decernment..mid palate some light musty sweetness..the finish reveals the spicing and the clean wheaty-dryness...but no light biscuity snap in the aftertaste which is indicative of a good wit. Overall a good stab at the style, refeshing and quenching enough but a tad sour for me and lacking the dry wheat biscuit after taste I crave in this style.
