It pours a clear pale golden beer with a tall, creamy, nicely remaining lacing white head- beautiful appearance. Good hop profile in the aroma where hints of lime, lemongrass and vanilla emerge. Crisp taste with hints of gooseberries and lemongrass. Nice bitterness. Subtle carbonation. White bread and faint lime showing up. Slightly yeasty. Deeply pleasant long dry finish which is reminiscent of lemongrass. A top notch Kölsch. I really liked this one.
