This beer has a interesting nose, Forrest honey, pine needles, lavender, Eucaliptine throat sirup, caramel malts, and summer flowers (herbal). Taste is medium dry and has an elegant bitterness. There are hints of cookies, cakes, slightly roasted nuts and a fine refreshing bitterness to left up the balance. A very drinkable caracterfull beer. Aroma is distintly malty, fruity sweetness makes an excellent aroma. Taste however has the malt, but an inky bitterness ruins what makes to be a great beer, dry finish.
