A Mes rate. Bottle at LCRBM #5.
Gold with a very slight haze and a decent white head. Fruity and floralwith a nice bitter feel and a faint tropical fruit character. A little one dimensional and maybe a little unbalanced but nice enough all the same.

Hazy golden blond with giant foam head. Very lively, lots of sediment. Yeasty aroma. Full flavoured tripel with a nice spiciness and a good dry finish.

Bottle at LCRBM5. There were some different bottles of this beer going round but this was the only one I had. Gold, clear, virtually no head. Some peach on aroma. It’s a bit toasty on the malts. Some hops/carbonation on finish. Not awful, but lacks a bit in depth in the malts in the middle. Brittle toast instead of solid pale malts.

Sampled at LCRBM09. Dirty yellow-gold color with a lovely nose: sweetish and floral with fruity notes like peach syrup. Flavor is less sweet and more bitter... lacks malt backbone. Thin but lively and nicely dry. Bitter aftertaste with wisps of caramel. Properly dangerous for a Tripel.

[9/5/08] Bottle sample during LCRBM at Kulminator in Antwerp. Clear golden. Spicy aroma with some yeast and some slightly honey-ish malt. Sweet malty flavor with yeast, spices and a bitter spicy hops finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle (LCRBM 09): Sweet-fruity (lemons) nose with a hoppy background; golden coloured with a small, but stable white head; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied for a beer of 8.5%; sweet lingering hoppy and fruity finish with a warming alcohol burn. Nice, well rounded stuff.....
