Good pop upon opening. Cloudy yellow body with large white foaming, lacing head. Aroma is sweet malt, wheat, grass. Flavor is light pepper, yeast. Almost reminds me of a descent tripel. Thin/medium palate.

Apr 26, 2008 Bottle Swing-top: Poured a murky yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is yeast and bananas. Taste is bitter banana and yeast/bread.

Feb 12, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fine foam. The beer is not as fruity as other hefeweizens, more dry. The finish is malty-dry, a little bit boring. Nevertheless a drinkable hefeweizen.

Dec 11, 2007 Golden, hazy with a nice head. The aroma has earthy notes of wheat and some fruit. The flavour is a bit edgy with a sharp acidic note in the beginning of the flavour, but then it gives room for banana and wheat and the finish is round and smooth. OK, but a bit on the thin side.

Oct 26, 2007 Bottle, bought @ Riepen, Harrislee. Pours a little hazy pale yellow-orange. A small creamy white head settles nicely, super lacing. Aroma has lots of banana and a wheaty background. Medium mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit filled with off flavours... some sort of grainy cardboard. There is the usual hefe flavours, banana, yeast and wheat. Not too fantastic.
