50 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Golden clear colour with a huge nice white head. Aroma of malt and a little bready. Great fresh flavour of malt, hops nothing speciel, but over average.

Swing-top bottle. Rich golden pour, heavy carbonation. Strong sweet malt aroma with some hay/grain. Full-bodied. A very sharp taste, slightly alcoholic tasting but the sting comes from the semi-industrial mouthfeel. Acidic but interesting. Excellent example of a Märzen.

Honey yellow, clear body with medium white head. Light aroma of apple. Flavor is caramel, wheat, dry hop, dust. Medium/light palate.

thanks to fatty for this... Appears a pale, clear gold with a mild head that quickly fades. Smell is malty caramel with citrus, apples, orange rinde, and a touch of smoked peat. Taste is of the same aromas. Nothing really wowing me. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and mildly sweet.

Thanks to fatty. Clear golden body with a pure white head. Aroma is of sweet apple juice, lightly toasted bread, stale malt, tea, and some caramel. Sweet and malty but finishes with a fairly bitter wood stem flavor. This one actually grew on me a little.

Sampled from bottle courtesy of fatty McFat. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of fruity apples with some caramel. Tastes of caramel and fruits. Both the aromas and tastes on the light side.

Thanks to Fatty for bringing this back from his German Vacation. Pours a translucent golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel and light apples. Flavor of caramel, dry hops and grains.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pretty, deep golden colour with a fine, small head. Malty with a discreet sweetness and some hops that add more aroma than bitterness. Highly drinkable and pleasant. 190301
