A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with dusty notes of hops combined with some oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as lighter notes of hops and straw, leading to a slightly bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pretty, deep golden colour with a fine, small head. Malty with a discreet sweetness and some hops that add more aroma than bitterness. Highly drinkable and pleasant. 190301

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge and off-white head. Mild earthy and vague breadish malt aroma. Mild sweetness, vague metallic note. A more fruity flavour appears after the initial impression, lasting throughout. Smooth yet with a decent bitterness and light cornish note.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.
Clear light orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, keller, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081107]

Bottle. Dark golden colour. Unstable, rocky head. Malty flavour, alcohol slightly noticeable. Low bitterness. A good, honest Märzen.

Bottled. Deep golden colour with amber hints, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is nice breadyness along with caramel malts, some grassy hops. Flavour is quite much the same with some slight, almost diacetylic notes. Rather mouthdrying palate.

Can, alc. 5.2% BB 04/2009. "Die Echte Halbe Märzenbier". Golden color, small white head. Grassy, aspargus aroma, a bit sweet too. Grassy, harsh flavor, watery, a bit sweet malty. Cheap Supermarket bulk.
