Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma is good and very malty. Taste is sweet and malty. Well rounded.

50cL Swing top bottle. Nothing remarkable about this beer. Not real familiar with helles style but this was a rather average beer.

[Tasted at the bloodparty with the bloody bloodbros.] Really boring beer which I instead should have handed over to cousin Helle.

Clear yellow color with small head. Tastes and looks like an ordinary pilsner.

500ml fliptop bottle: clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Mild hop aroma. Little else. The taste is pretty much all hops albeit little. Semi dry as I have found most Schwaben Braus to be. Lots of Americans in Southern Germany drink this brand but I haven’t found anything worth keeping in stock.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, off-white head. Very discreet, malty nose. Medium body and malty, but not as deliciously sweet as your typical Helles. Dry, lightly sulphurous finish. 040706

50 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Golden clear colour with a nice off-white head. Nice smooth aroma of hops, grass-like and very fresh. Bitter flavour that ends up dry and little unpleasant metallic-like-way, not the best helles I had.

Swing-top bottle: Pale golden, small fluffy white head; grainy, bit soapy or cardboardy nose with a secret bitterness, faint bitter flavour, empty MF; short bitter and a bit sweetish finish. Not a huge pleasure........
