Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours bright, sunny golden body with distinctive non-filtered, cloudy texture, head is initially medium, slightly off-white, slowly decreasing to small, leaving nice lacing being dense and frothy in texture.
Aroma: Very purely focussed on the proper to style (Pilsener) features, especially kind of bitter - sourish, slightly dusty, cardboard, definitely chalky accents, strong stress on hoppyness in the aroma, very dry citrusy touches reminding grapefruit seeds, not revealing much more.
Flavour: Tastes definitely like a Classic German Pilsener, very high IBU bitterness of hops, hops is clearly perceptable on palate with its sharp hoppyness, definitely the beer needs the change of style to Classic German Pilsener as the German origin hops in this beer are very easily distinguishable here, apart from this very grainy, chalky, cardboardy but still with clean and long finish. Nice yeasty background due to being unfiltered.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is rather mild, finish feel is dry, clean, grainy, dusty and very pleasantly bitter, really nice and pleasnat beer. mcdav2154 (297), Germany

Cloudy straw color with ample frothy white head. Smells hoppy with some fruity notes. Taste is mostly hops with a hint of sourness. Had an oily mouth feel that I didn’t care for. Finish leaves my mouth feeling dry. Not horrible but definitely not a finer example of a pilsener. Skyview (4057), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours a semi-hazy golden pale colored brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of golden grain malt, some yeast, some flowery hops, and a touch of butter. Taste is light to medium bodied, very light carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, pils yeast, a hint of pear and a touch of flowery hops. Finish is a tad gritty with a golden grain and yeast aftertaste.
