Aromas of grains, straw, hops, and a hint of fruit. Flavor is a nice crisp pilsner taste. Starts grainy with touches of pepper and fruit and finishes with a mellow hop. SHIG (2051), Aviano, Italy
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 27, 2008 Bottle: Poured a golden color with white head. Aroma is skunky from the pour, at closer sniff its very grainy. Taste metal and grain, not very nice mix. kappldav123 (1897), Markkleeberg, Germany
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 10, 2008 The bottle looks good, the labels completely silver. The beer is very zippy. Tastes strong and spicy, not really like a pilsner, but very good! yomintyfresh (53), USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 13, 2007 Looks beautiful, but the carbonation’s a bit heavy and it’s also pretty bitter, especially compared to other Pils produced in the area. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 23, 2007 50cL swing-top bottle. Rather sub-standard pilsener. Decent beer but nothing special from aroma, to flavor, to finish. Magicdave6 (5559), London, Greater London, England
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 20, 2006 Aroma is herbals hops, some pilsner/bready malts. Taste is similar reasonably bitter, however left a bad taste in the mouth. EithCubes (2176), Indiana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 29, 2006 Swing-top. Clear golden pour, sturdy white head. Mmm, the delcious smell of Tetnang. Some bread in them thar malts, and a little funk, but mostly a very herby, hoppy aroma. Somewhat distinctive taste is also pure herb. Soft mouthfeel, bitterness carries all the way through. Good pils – would it be criminal to call it a less-bitter Jever? scotty (834), Scotland
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 3, 2006 This reminded me of Lowenbrau pils, it had a clean gold colour with a thickish white head. A slightly sweet maltiness came across on the nose and palate, followed by a clean fruity hop character. The fairly low carbonation made for a smooth mouthful, a well balanced, clean and refreshing brew, a good quality pils. Liitle Germany,Grangemouth.
