Flip-top bottle - Aroma was standard, with a slight grainyness to it. Appearance was nice and clear. Mouthfeel was clean and full. Flavor was a refreshing, albeit I could taste a slight bit of cardboard. It was also hopped a bit which made it very drinkable.

Swing-top bottle: Golden coloured, medium sized fluffy white head, sticking to the glass; slightly sweetish, grainy nose with a faint aromatic (Tettnang) hoppy touch;mild grainy-bitter flavour, light bodied; short, a bit lingering bitter, quite crisp finish. O.K., but a bit too "slim"......

Clear pale yellow with medium carbonation and thin bubbly white head. Characteristically sweet malty aroma. Flavor is both sweet and bitter with a thicker than expected palate for a pilsner.

Bottle. Bready aroma. Glden colour, nice, big, stable white head. Starts off bitter, but seems quite balanced after a while. Quite quaffable and nice enough pils.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very goodlooking golden beer with an impressing and very stable head. Classical fresh bitterness atop a malty base. 130301

(swing top bottle) Clear yellow colour with a medium foamy white head. Herbal grassy aroma. Light malty start, strong dry, bitter and hoppy lasting aftertaste. Not bad, but average.

Bottled, half a liter swingtop bottle. Clear yellow coloured, nice head. Strong hoppy aroma. Quite bitter flavour, resulting in a lasting hopbitter finish. Pretty good German pilsener actually. Thanks to my mom for bringing this from Germany!
