Pours a big white head. Slightly better then the average German Pils. Sparkled and bit in my mouth cold. Should have been a little warmer, but to each their own. Lite taste of hops with a slight dry, bitter finish. Not bad, but not terribly good either. Different then most winter beers.

Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head.
Malty aroma of grain and sulphur with notes of hops and rubber.
Malty flavour of grain, grass, metal and hops.
Hoppy finish.
Boring.

Dec 1, 2009 Swing top botella. Yellow goldenish colour, short white ehad. Grainy hoppy malty aroma. Ok mouthfeel. The flavour has a soft sweetness with toasty malt, soft bitter hoppiness and finishes bit dry and hoppy with a mild sweetness. Not much Christmas here.

Golden color, decent white head. Woody hayish and papery nose. Sweet malty flavor with some grassy hops. Sweetish aftertaste. Medium-bodied. A bit old bottle, some papery notes.

Aug 16, 2009 Bottle@The Rake, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy and grainy with some sweet malty notes as well. Flavour is much the same along with mild fudge, some fruits and mild herbal notes.
