Pretty appearance of clear deep amber color and a big beige head. Aroma of malt, toasted bread, lots of caramel, some light fruitiness and light nutty notes. Sweet flavor of bread , malt, some caramelly sugariness and assertive herbal hops with light grass notes in a long lasting aftertaste. A very hoppy Bock. Grainy aroma, but not overly, with sweet melanoidiny malt that is not spicy and has only barely perceptible hops. Clear orange-brown with quickly dropping, white cover. The flavour is actually quite gentle for this style, with grainy and slightly caramelly malt and plenty of hops flavour that nicely blends into the malt flavour, ending with a refreshing bitterness that combines with a medium carbonation, to really pacify this 6.5% brew. Perhaps some nutty notes. Medium body, slightly bitter finish.
