Bottle. Average beige fizzy head that mostly diminished. Spar lacing. Clear amber colour. Caramel, burned notes, fruit and rye bread with a hint of spice. Medium bodied with a flat carbonation and hint of alcohol in the texture. Flavour was moderated sweet malty profile with good burned bitterness. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Clear dark amber color with a average frithy good lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet, caramel, roasted. Flavor is moderate t oheavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively, finish feel is light alcoholic.

Bottle. Weak spicy hop aroma, a little anis, not too pleasant. Nice clear brown colour. Very small head. Sweet flavour, not very peppery. Drinkable and not bad.

Not that dark, this beer handed to me by MoritzF. Dark amber, I’d say. Caramel and pear in the aroma. Sugary sweet rhum-like flavor. Malty. medium to full bodied. Touches of roasted malt. Tasty, but compared side by side to the Bernstein Bock this one has less character.
