Nice peachy colour and delightful wheat and yeast fuity aroma, an orange julep fragrance. Somewhat creamy weizen, great with supper. Some spices in taste, carbonation is apparent. Very enjoyable though not the best I have had of this style.

A bit of a lighter GH, but all the flavors are there, and this could be drank quite heavily without getting boring and not wearing out your palate on the style for a session. Spicy zesty aroma of bubblegum and lemon, flavor is slightly sweet toasted wheat intermingled with clove and banana, and just a lingering hint of granny smith apples. Slightly tart and dry, with a smooth clean finish. Kinz (2207), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 18, 2006 Light hazy gold, good head. Aroma was subtle, with notes of wheat, light clove, and lemon, quite pleasant. Flavor didn’t quite match up as well, somewhat sweet light malts with distant notes of banana and a touch of clove. This wasn’t awful mind you, I had just hoped for more. starfireming (309), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Lots of banana and bubblegum/sugar in the aroma with some wheat and yeast. Taste is very smooth. More wheat than I expected, given the nose. Good balance of banana and sweetness towards the back. One of the best in this category. TheBeerGod (3159), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2006 Bottle - swing-top. Clouded gold with a tall foamy white head which is seemingly sturdy but only for a short time. Nose is BIG banana, wheat, and bubblegum notes. Light pleasant yeastiness as well. Taste also elicits a large banana flavor. Big wheat, bubblegum, light lemon, yeast and sweet malts. Body is light-medium and refreshing. Bubbly carbonation feel. I filled my glass with all but the bottom portion containing the yeast, and towards the end, recapped the bottle and violent shook it. I mixed it with the remnants in my glass and it made it a dense gold with lots of sediment suspended in it along with a thick frothy, foamy head. Really pretty glass of beer, indeed. This finishes with lots of fruit notes (banana, light orange and a hint of lemon), wheat yeast and bubblegummy notes. Nice hefeweizen!
