| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 31, 2006 This had an average head.nice amber color.Aroma was sweet,like honey.Quite fragrant.At first this seemed like a whimpy beer,but I soon encountered the soft tastes of honey and hops.The more I drank this,the more I liked it.This is a delicate,tasty beer.I didn’t find the big malt taste.as other reviewer’s said.This beer grew on me.Not the bombastic brew as many,but the gentle,sweet,complex taste,like that beautiful woman of your dreams.I will buy again,but I would drink this before others,as the others would probably dominate the taste of this. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 26, 2006 This bottled brew from and shared with Flemdawg in Naples, Fla poured a small sized head of frothy white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a very softly carbonated transparent litght yellow colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was astringent malty and hoppy. The mouth feel was crisp clean and tingly start to finish. The flavor was malty with mild hop notes. marvinpontiac (117), Huntington Beach, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 13, 2006 Looks and tastes like a pils. Needed some swing tops for homebrewing and came across this one. Definitely maltier than some but a nice easy drinking beer. Reid (1091), Salem, Oregon, USA

Pale golden colour lager, bubbly white head.
a surprisingly malt orientated aroma,,malty/buiscuity..there is hops though.
Again in taste this has a surprising amount of malt present, though the hops appear strongly at the end. Unusually bitter after taste.
Typical german pils palate..
Overall not a bad Pils, more malt sided than most, but nothing very exciting. I would probably drink again if offered. Choos (504), Taylors Hill, Australia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 10, 2006 Aroma: malty with some easter egg chocolate notes with a small amount of metal. Appearance: clear gold with a head made from big bubbles that leaves some sheet lacing. Flavour: malty with some slight herbal notes balancing. Palate: quite generous mouthfeel for a pilsener with a lingering bitterness. murrayswine (101), Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 27, 2006 I dont know if it’s because of the growler but the first whiff of the aroma was very concentrated and quite heady. A good amount of sour hops with a slight rice sweetness.
Pouring into my Delirium Tulip gives the Pils a initial soft, even head with a cotton like consistency. The smell is still strong and quite heady.
The taste slightly defies the smell wiht a caramel sweetness and a smooth and light hop bitterness. This beer has a descent mouthful and light body. The finish is long, though, almost to long for me leaving a bitter, sour taste in my mouth. All in all though this is a quite good beer, but it is a single evening event. Good for the occasion, but for only one round.
