This is that beer. Wonderful grassy flavor with a balance of sweet and subtle bitterness this is a drinkable but complex product. Best of its kind. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA

Smells of dry pilsner malt, some straw, hints of citrus, elements of spiciness. Tastes dry with a nicely balanced bitterness and an excellent citrussy finish. | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 2, 2007 .5 litre swing-top brown bottle from Florian’s. Crystal-clear straw-yellow body with a quarter inch of white head. Smells awesome - European hops and biscuit malt, very sweet. Biscuit and caramel malt are balanced by European hops. Definitely sweet with slight toastiness. Light crisp body with slightly less carbonation than expected. Very drinkable though, one sip definitely invites another and before I realized, the bottle was gone. The best pils I’ve had to date. Aroma is very potent Pils and no skunkiness whatsoever. Taste is full tasty Saaz hops with just enough malts to perfect the style. To use an overused expression, this is an "awesome" Pils. Wish it wasn’t $3.00 US for a 21 ounce bottle as I would make this my regular Pils. Hey, I might do it anyway! robharing (82), Ormond Beach, Florida, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 14, 2007 Pours a bright golden straw color, topped by at least an inch of white foam. A little bit of spotty lacing. Mildly sweet aroma.
Hmmm... This is pretty tasty. A smooth malt presence, lightly sweet with a little caramel, combined with a sweet hay flavor. A little zesty citrus spice from the hops in the finish. Not quite medium body and gentle carbonation. this beer is, however, exceptionally soft and smooth.
