Dry, bitter flavour. Dobinett and Chisel Jersey apples, unknown sorts to me, but seem well chosen for cider. yespr (12404), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 18, 2008 Pretty reasonable. Bitter, fruity notes on the nose, continuing onto the palate. Crisp, clean flavour and finish. Overall, though, this is mainly worth it for the name, which is pretty hard to go past. oh6gdx (9047), Vasa, Finland

Aroma is papery and dry with some mild hints of apple and rubber. Flavour is at first quite dry and ok apples, but as it warms up slightly it gets very rubbery and cardboardy notes and gets quite unpleasant to drink. Bullit (1392), Glasgow, Scotland

Unusual colour for water. Had some funny aroma that made me think it wasn’t pure water. Taste, fortunately, was good unblemished natural Hereford tapwater. Lovely watery finish. Once they can fix the colour and the aroma, I reckon this will catch on as a really tasty water. cellar (503), Dublin, Ireland
