Can. Yeast and bitter aplle aroma. Golden yellow colour with small white head. Dry, bitter flavour. Dobinett and Chisel Jersey apples, unknown sorts to me, but seem well chosen for cider.

50 cL can. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small and fizzy white head. Distinct dry apple phenolic aroma from a distance. Mild mouldy accent. Flavour is dry and acidic, smooth apple flavour beneath and with a nice phenolic touch into the finish.

Pretty reasonable. Bitter, fruity notes on the nose, continuing onto the palate. Crisp, clean flavour and finish. Overall, though, this is mainly worth it for the name, which is pretty hard to go past.

Bottled@O’malleys, Vaasa. Pale golden colour, no head. Aroma is papery and dry with some mild hints of apple and rubber. Flavour is at first quite dry and ok apples, but as it warms up slightly it gets very rubbery and cardboardy notes and gets quite unpleasant to drink.

Clear golden colour, tiny head. Aroma has artificial apple. Flavour has some sour apple. Boring one.

Unusual colour for water. Had some funny aroma that made me think it wasn’t pure water. Taste, fortunately, was good unblemished natural Hereford tapwater. Lovely watery finish. Once they can fix the colour and the aroma, I reckon this will catch on as a really tasty water.

Light amber, short head, notes of artificial apples and vinegar. Flavour is very sweet adn some kind of vinegar sourness. Unbakanced
