A great hop profile that lacks bitterness but makes up in a crisp clean after.

What a nice beer... Beautiful amber in color with a thick head. Piney hops aroma. Mildly aggressive hops flavor (nice). Finishes with a lovely hoppy bitterness. This is one IPA I can dig...

Aromas of spicy pine resin hops, sour apple. Sweet malts with a tad of smoky. Flavors of moderate perfumey bitter hops (grapefruit) balanced by sweeter cracker + carmel malts. Bitter builds in the finish. Palate is very astringent, fairly dry. A simple IPA that should be exemplary.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium light tan head and lots of carbonation. Hoppy aroma with a hint of grapefruit. Nice hoppy/fruity flavor with an earthy/malty undertone. Aftertaste is bitter, but not bad if you like that sort of thing (I do). I’d like to pair this brew with a quality (German) bratwurst, red cabbage and pan-fried potatoes.

Huge thanks to SuzyGreenberg. You rock friend! Pours cloud orange with a thin white head. Aroma is up front citrus hops and malt. Flavor is a earthy and fruity hop burst with some cereal grain and a bit of nuts. Finishes much more bitter than expected, peaks at about a 7. Very nicely done.

malty graoefruit hop aroma with a hint of nuts - cloudy golden amber pour - extremely bitter but the fruity hops and malt come through in the aftertaste followed by a lingering bitterness

12oz Bottle - Gravity Beer Market - Olympia, WA
Aroma – Lots of Hops nose with a good amount of amber malt.
Appearance – Golden Amber in color, Nice head and clear.
Flavor – Lots of IPA flavor. Both with the bitter and fruity hops this was a fine beer to drink.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, great texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – This was a very nice IPA.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, floral green hoppiness, and pine with some caramel in the background. Tastes of pine, citrus, and light caramel.
