Sep 2, 2008 On draught at the brewpub in Everett, Washington. Pours a clear golde blonde brew with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates to a thin white head and some excellent lacing. Aroma of light bread dough, citrus zest and a touch of yeast. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of hard fruit, bread dough, citrus zest and a hint of vanilla. Finish is semi-sweet with a more golden grain malt aftertaste that hides any hop character.

Jun 26, 2008 Bottle. Yellow/golden color, foamy head, nose of lemons and yeast. Flavors are fruits, dough, and a bit of caramel. This would be a perfect beer to refresh on a hot day.

Aug 6, 2009 12oz shorty bottle. Orange-tan with a foamy off-white head. Mellow sweet corny aroma, with a touch of fresh citrus. Smooth medium bodied mouthfeel, with a lemony crispness. Very refreshing and better than your typical US Blonde, a touch thicker. The lemony sour citrus taste is really the defining characteristic of this beer, lacing the golden malt body. An OK session beer any day.

Jul 16, 2009 This one poured a cloudy darkish gold, with a small foamy head and not much lacing here. The aroma was floral and hopped, and also a bit bitter. The taste was again of hops with some floral hints, with a slightly bitter mouthfeel. Refreshing!

Jul 27, 2004 Crystal clear apple juice body with white head. Aroma and taste are both medium sweet, nutty, caramel, floral. Watery light body, slight graininess. Nice for what it is, though aroma/taste seem more like a nut brown.

Oct 7, 2007 Bottle: Gold color, light white head and lacing. Nose of light vanilla and hops, sweet clean malt and biscuit, lightly doughy. Nice blonde, malty and a decent medium body. Decent malty finish.

A nice golden colored brew with a good head. This had a nice creamy flavor with a good use of malts. Liked the finish to this brew. Some would drink this with some spicy foods.

Dec 15, 2008 Not much doing here. Grainy, bready aroma. Light golden pour with a fizzy head. Flavors of crackers, bread, Light sweetness and an earthy citrus hop finish. Thirst quenching, extremely light.
