Bottle from Bottleworks. Light copper w/ good head. Light sweet aroma. Taste is mild caramel syrup with almost a little ginger spice to it. Very, very light for 10%. I’m not sure they should call this a tripel - not a horrible beer, but just not very true to style. If rating on style, this is towards the bottom of the tripels I’ve had. Watered down. How is this 10%?!

Draft @ Peaks Brewpub. Light amber with a thin white head. Aroma has a sweetness to it, nutmeg, yeast, light fruit esters. Taste is a bit of caramel, yeast, light fruitiness, light nuttienss, doesn’t seem much like a tripel, but it’s good.

Nice, easy to drink - dangerous at 9%. Good head, but really filtered - clearish. For 4 bucks - I’d do it again. Rather have a Star Brew though.

22 oz. bottle - hazy gold with slight white head and minor lacing; very mild aromas and a slightly flat taste; lacking that richness and texture of a good tripel

On Draught at the Washington Brewers Festival. Aroma is malt forward, with good notes of dark fruit and no hops. Beer is solid copper, with a low off-white head. Flavor is sweet malt forward followed by more dried fruit tones, light bittering and some hop flora(citrus). Light bodied, with low carb feel. True to style, but not very exciting at all.
