my first foray into the ciders. Your general beat you over the head Growers Cider type this isn’t... From Brewery Creek: Poured a very pale yellow with visible and consistent streaming carb. Aroma was reisling like pear and blossom. Light sweetness. Delicate apple flavour yet crisp still. Some tartness to the finish. Despite streamers, carbonation on the palate is light. I thought it was very interesting and something different for me.

Pale yellow. Nice legs. Great aroma - it’s appley but complex, maybe a bit of bubblegum, and a honeyish note. Tart, complex flavour, snappy with great carbonation. Notes of honey, peach and really complex apples. Wow - this is great stuff.

(500ml bottle) Purchased at the cidery for $12. Pours a yellow tinge off perfectly clear. No carbonation or sediment like the Wild English. Nose of a dry white wine but the palate gets loose a cathartic sweet to tart to bitterness that grounds all anxieties. Wonderful blades of flavour with a lasting tongue of sharpness. I hope this returns as a member of the regular line-up. This King will be cherished.
