Jul 11, 2008 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Light yellow color with no head. Light, tart sweet aroma with some crisp fruitiness. Well carbonated, nice moderate level of acidity melds well with the tartness. Mild, but refreshing.

Jul 1, 2008 Very pale yellow/green in colour, no head, some legs, lots of visible carbonation. The aroma is boozy, apples, light spice, lingering sweetness. The flavour is of apples, lightly acidic, light sweetness, sugary. Lightly sweet mouthfeel, light body, mild carbonation. Finishes lingering, appley and lightly sweet.
Although this didn’t look all that great it wasn’t all that bad. Doesn’t have the complexity as other ciders but sometimes its good to not have to think.

Jun 22, 2008 Poured a very pale straw color. The aroma is crisp apples, almonds, sweet buttercream (Pippin). Some light lychee and floral notes as well. The flavor is crisp and acidic, very balanced with a light sweetness. very nice cider.

Ever so slight yellow tinge in an otherwise watery-looking beverage.
The aroma has some baked apples and spicy cinnamon notes. Lightly sweet apple flavour with some mild spiciness and a clean/dry finish. Quite drinkable.
