Updating this rating based on a 12 oz bottle I got from: September 2009 Beer of the Month Club, 10/22/09
(My original rating was 2.2.)

Aroma: The aroma is overwhelmingly blueberry, hard to find much else beyond that
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-yellow color with a small, bubbly white head
Flavor: Like the aroma this is a very sweet and blueberry beer, some wheat flavors too
Palate: Typically light body for the style, a bit on the overly carbonated side
Overall Impression: I get the appeal of this beer, don’t get me wrong, bit for me it is just too sweet. If you take a wheat beer, completely overwhelm it with with sugary sweetness and blueberry flavors, you would get this beer. It may be a drop interesting, but it is just too sweet for a beer.

I liked this one. To me, this is one of the better blueberry beers I’ve had. Has a pale golden color. Smells of blueberries and wheat. Taste is very smooth. It’s made up mostly of blueberries. A pleasant experience. I can see myself drinking alot of these.

Bottle. Pours an orange amber body with an off white head. Artificial candy sugar candy blue berry, sweet like sugar. Dry and thin with well more sweet notes. eh.

I does taste good. Light and refreshing. It’s like blueberry soda crossed with a clean wheat beer. Best blueberry beer I have had so far.

Wow this will be the cheapest beer I’ve ever drank 67cents from trader Joes, thanks gully. Very average beer to look at gold with a thin white cap. Aroma is nothing but blueberry eggo’s and that is all. The smell is so strong and artificial I wonder how many different chemicals it took to make this? Fake blueberry taste that seems empty and dry with a touch of sour in the finish. Mmm stange. Beer is starting to turn very watery now. crappy beer but its drinkable but the more I drink the more I don’t want to any more. I think I tasted some wheat on my last sip. 67 cents HA!"

A very refreshing beer to sip during a hot summer day. Very fruity and citrusy. Worth a try if you like fruity beers, which I do from time to time.

From a 12 oz bottle I got a pour of a amber colored brew with a decent head. Strong scent of blueberry and wheat - reminded me of a blueberry pie as soon as I smelled it. The taste was brought blueberry pie to mind again - that is a good thing - this beer didn’t taste really artificial like some of the fruit beers I have had... it tasted like nice fresh blueberry pie. If it has to a fruit beer that I am drinking then this one would be at the top of the list. Nicely done.
