There is definitely a pretty strong presence of something "artificial". The blueberry aroma distinctly reminded me of those frozen blueberry eggo waffles that I would eat as a child. I would best describe this beer as "fun". Not a whole lot of substance outside of the overbearing blueberry....ness, but I didn’t mind drinking it.

Bottle shared with the brother in law over Christmas vacation, pours out a golden yellow with a very slight haze to it. Barely any head at all on this beer whatsoever. Aroma is pretty much dominated by blueberries and sugary aromas. Taste is again more blueberries, a slight wheat flavor, more sugar. Basically blueberry soda pop, not bad if you are into sweeter drinks, I’m not.

Blueish body with a thin head. Aroma and flavor have blueberry and mixed berries. Nice carbonation and flavor is pretty nice. A little more wheaty than the raspberry. Fruity and sweet.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours dark and golden clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is farty blueberry aroma. Dry wheaty and blueberry flavoured. No real sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel, wheat and carbonation. Dry and fruity flavoured finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Fat, extreme almost cheesy blueberry aroma. Light body, vague swetness but otherwise extreme and dry blueberry flavours. Dryish finish. 301109

On tap at the Warren Tavern, Georgetown (Boston) MA, October 2009. Gold colour. Massive blueberry aroma but rather synthetic. Much the same on the palate. Sweet and a bit sickly.

Pours a deep golden color, lots of carbonation and a moderately dense, white head. As soon as the beer is poured, a very strong blueberry nose fills the air similar to the sweet blueberries found in Pilsbury Blueberry Muffin mix. A closer sniff reveals a mild wheat and yeast nose with a light tart and sour note at the very end. Flavor is pretty dominated by the blueberry but in a good way. The fruity flavor really works well with the slightly sour wheat malt note. Body of the brew is moderately heavy while the lively carbonation makes it feel a bit thin. Overall, when I first saw "fruit beer" I cringed but this really does combine the two flavors very well.
