BroSpud (583), , Massachusetts, USA Feb 15, 2009 On tap at brewpub. One of the selections in a sampler. Wasn’t that impressed with this one but I’m usually not with this style. It is OK for what it is. UnionMade (621), Connecticut, USA Oct 7, 2002 I didn’t really care for this. A very unassuming brew without much pizazz about it. Kinda watery and bland, compared to most other golden ales. Probably at it’s best during humid new england summers. Sammys (428), Portland, Maine, USA Dec 23, 2000 Not a bad golden ale - a little on the light side compared to most of their brews, but tasty and thirst quenching. boto (1319), Granby, Connecticut, USA Sep 8, 2000 Light, but flavorful. Aubrey (2773), Denver, Colorado, USA Jul 21, 2000 Surprisingly flavorful! One of the better light, ’golden’ ales I can recall. Crisp and refreshing with a light hoppy aroma that commands respect. Very drinkable, well-balanced beer.
