Bottle of Kennebuckport Wheat. Poured a slightly cloudy gold. Aroma was quite sweet/sugary and grainy. Flavor was quite sweet, a bit overwhelming.

A bottle of Kennebunkport Wheat Ale. No telling how old that bottle was.
12oz twist-off bottle. Clear yellow, thin white head. Dry aroma of bready malts. Dry, stale straw flavor . Nice finishing hop. It’s OK... this one is just not my preference.

Bottle. Poured a miniscule, fizzy white head. No lacing. Clear, deep yellow in color. Average wheat maltiness on the nose with some unidentifiable herbal earthiness and citrus fruitiness. Tasted quite bland with goofy, tangy wheat malt and solvent being the dominant flavors. Tart, astringent, metallic finish. Slightly bitter. This is a terrible wheat beer on many accounts. Being filtered doesn’t help it.

Appearance: Pours a clear, yellow body with a thin, short-lived, white head. Smell: Sweetish wheat nose with a vague, indistinct note of fruit. Yawn. Taste: Sweet, lightly tangy wheat malt followed up with a few drops of lemon juice. Very subdued hop character and imparted bitterness. Drying, lightly crisp finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: This one’s utterly bland and lacking from top to bottom. Not recommended.

Pours a slightly hazy light golden brown with a fairly thin white head. Aroma is light and slightly grassy, maybe a tad bit of citrus. Taste is very light as well, pale malt and a little malted wheat. An easy drinker but not anything special.

12 ounce bottle. Kennebunkport Wheat. Pours a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma of wheat and a touch of lemon. Not really a good wheat beer. It was bland and had a lot more of a malt flavor. Blah.
