Looks good, clear and golden, lots of bubbles, and starts with a frothy white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma with an odd bitterness to it. Tasted better, nutty, clean and crisp. Over all - not very interesting.

Lightly hazed golden color with a moderate diminishing off-white head. Very light aromas with a touch of wheat and orange peels. Fairly thick and a touch syrupy. Light flavors as well. Light wheat and mild Elmer’s glue flavors. LIght dry floral middle. Some apricots and lightly toasted sweet malt in the finish and linger. Not a bad ale, not much of a wheat beer. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 26, 2006 I got this at a Trader Joe’s, it was called Sea Dog Wheat Beer. The body was medium gold with a white head. The aroma was lemons with some potpourri and some soap. The taste was lemon peel zest and some sugar cookies. There was also some weird hay in the finish. On the lower end of the style. Skyview (4063), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 30, 2007 From a 12-oz bottle (shared by JK), pours a medium golden blonde with an average off-white head. Aroma of wheat malt, light sweet citrus peel, and a touch of butterscotch. Taste is a little stale, extra carbonation to most other wheat beers, with a slight metalic and yeast aftertaste. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
