| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 5, 2007 A nice beer. Has a nice pour with little to no head. The flavor is very nice though, with hints of spices and lots of hoppy goodness. Goes down very smooth and if worth a try. Could only find at the brewery. lagermonkey (597), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 23, 2006 Pours a deep clear amber with a wispy tan head. Smells lightly malty, caramel and just a hint of bitter hop.
Taste is again, a light caramel, light sweetness on top of the crisp lager flavors. Very carbonated and light bodied. Due to the body, it goes down easy.
This is thinner than probably any bock beer I’ve tried. It really seems closer to an amber lager. Still, a decent session beer, uncomplicated and tasty. bobaidan (365), Farmington, Connecticut, USA
