Bottle. Pours light amber with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat and raspberries; possibly other fruit as well. Aroma is well balanced. Flavor is tart raspberries with a slight wheat taste. Raspberry flavor could be more subtle, but overall this is not a bad beer.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy golden with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is a strong fruity malt with rasberry and tart. Thin mouthfeel with a strong bitter rasberry and tart with a grainy finish. Not too much going on with this one.

(bottle - 12 oz) Golden pour with a fizzy white head. Aroma is dry and stale wheat, grass, corn, and some tart raspberry. Flavor is mild raspberry flavor with a dry and grainy wheat middle. Finishes dry and lightly tart. Could’ve used more raspberry, but not bad.

Rating this one from memory as well. Nice fruit beer. Aroma was wheat and fruit. The flavor was still a bit sweet for me but not bad.

12 oz. Bottle. Light foamy head. Somewhat cloudy golden color. Nice smell of fruits. Tasted of fruits and wheat. A decent fruit beer. Recommended.

Nice, but the fruit is quite strong and noticeable - don’t go in expecting subtlety.

Doesn’t have the same impact as its sister beer, the sea dog blueberry wheat ale. Tastes good, but doesn’t taste as much like raspberries as the blueberry one tastes like blueberries. It does have a nice color though. Drink with a girlfriend or a wife.

Overall Impression: Just like their blueberry beer, I found this one too sweet as well. I just prefer the fruit sweetness to be more subdued or balanced...
