Jun 5, 2007 12 oz bottle had a red body color and flat head. Decent Raspberry aroma but that was all this had going for it really. Chalky and watered down raspberry juice. nut much of a beer.

May 10, 2007 02May07 12oz bottle. Aroma of a raspberry flavored fruit roll-up. NICE. Large foamy head. deep golden color w/ a slight hint of a faint pinkness. malty background with a fruity front. This beer puts Purple Haze to shame!

May 7, 2007 Bottle. Pours clear gold. Nice nose of raspberries. Kinda thin on the palate. Hints of raspberries and malt. Finishes decent... a bit sweet. Marginally better than the blueberry, but still unspectacular.

May 5, 2007 Bottle: Clear gold pour with a smaller white head. The nose is a pleasant raspberry with a hint of musty wheat. Taste is raspberry with grains and a bit of wheat. Clean and crisp. Easily the best from the three Sea Dog fruit beers I sampled - Thanks Indiana_Red.

May 4, 2007 Bottle: Clear gold with an off-white head. The aroma on Sea Dog’s fruit beer are painful. Upon smelling this one, I feel like I just hugged a grandma in a convalescent facility who poured on the cheap fruity perfume heavily. After wrestling free from this, you come to the taste: kind of a flat raspberry tang. Pretty much it is all rasberry flavor with a strong soapy aftertaste. No thanks, but definitely thanks to Indiana_Red for the rating.

May 4, 2007 12oz Bottle pours out a dark gold topped with a very small white head. A strong aroma of berrys. Has a little sweet in it. just ok. Thanks Indiana_Red for this fruit line up.

May 4, 2007 Bottle Pours a "slightly hazy very pale yellow" like thier other "fruit" beers. Thin quick ring of a white head. Barely distinguishable raspberry aroma. Flavor was subtle as well but a bit more realistic than the other fruit offerings from the Dog. Light wheat malt body and a lively carbonation. The best of the three.....barely...

Apr 30, 2007 Bottle. Pours golden, small white head, immediate release of raspberry aroma. Flavor is sweet and fruity, somewhat artificial, but much more drinkable than the blueberry wheat variety. Good summer beer.
