Bottled. Bronze colour, airy head. Buttery raspberry aroma. Sweet and lightbodied with primitive, clean, hard mouthfeel. Short finish. Pointless.

(12oz bottle) Small white head that almost wholly dissipates, crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, strong raspberry. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry, light blueberry, seltzer. Watery light body.

From the Bottle at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 11/10/2007 Fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and fruity raspberry flavour with a crisp and slightly dry finish.

Bottled (BB 01/2005)
Honey color with small vanishing white head. Sweet rasberry aroma. Crisp carbonated mouthfeel with rasberry flavor. Quite watery with short finish. If I want rasberries, I choose Boon Framboise :)

Best before date of August, 2005. Poured a lighter and see through golden clor with a small sized white head. Raspberry aroma. Tastes of raspberries and wheat. Thinner body. Medium sweet.

Bottle... Clear, yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is of lemon, wildflower honey and raspberry. Medium sweet and lightly tart with a pronounced raspberry syrup flavor. Medium-bodied and a touch oily with fizzy carbonation. Not as good as their blueberry wheat ale. Tastes like a Berliner Weisse with a little too much raspberry syrup added.

Pours copper with almost no head. Smells of rasberries and sugar. Taste is the same. A little too much rasberry on the finish, but overall pretty well balanced as compared to other rasberry beers I’ve had.
