Jul 24, 2009 From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Roasted malt, caramel to toffee aroma. Roasted malt flavoured, toffeeish with a subdued sweetness and nice bitterness lifting the light butterish toffee malt. Bitter and roasted mixed flavoured finish.

Nov 1, 2007 On tap at brewery. Pours a clear copper with thin creamy head and nice lacing. It has a light aroma of roasted malts and faint burnt wheat toast. The flavor is a mixture of semi sweet roasted malts, some malt astringency and faint nuttiness.

Jun 19, 2005 Tap @ brewpub. An orange hue with an off-white head. Medium bodied with relatively light (i.e., missing) flavors. Unremarkable but not offensive for the style.

Mar 28, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear red-amber with a beige head. Light dishwater yeast and light toasted malt aroma. The flavor has a definite dirty wet rag quality with indistinct hops and light malt. Prickly and light body. A definite let down, as all their other beers that I have tried have been solid. None of the flavors step out and make themselves known, except the undesirable ones. Sounds like it can be better, and I have to stop back in and try a future batch.

Oct 11, 2005 Sampled @ the brewpub 10.01. Nicely balanced Amber with adequate hops. Seabright had a few hoppy beers on draft so I thought best to start my session there with an Amber.
