(Sampler at the brewpub) This is a deep amber ale with a thin white head. The aroma is of sweet malt. The body is medium-light and soft. The flavor is well-balanced and has a delicate spicy bitterness. Nice!

Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a deep, dark copper color with a creamy white head that recedes with decent lacing. Aroma includes a sweet maltiness and a tangy spicy note. The flavor reflects this, with grainy and sweet malt balanced out by a spicy floral hop zest. Light body, crisp finish, pretty easy to drink.

Nice matly aroma and flavor. The mouthfeel on this brew is silky soft. Nice texture. Everything really works well together in this one.

Had this on tap at the Saturn while visiting Santa Cruz last Sunday. Try the Lentl soup. This brew pours a sparkling orang amber. The creamy white dense head is mostly lasting with fair lacing. The floral nose is cereal, with a hint of nectar, and coffee. The flavor is balanced with average depth. Primarily floral with a long semi-bitter finish. The body is medium dry and lively. The finish feels astringent. Note to the guy tending bar at the Riva (on the Wharf) by the boardwalk in Santa Cruz who told me "no good beer is brewed here" - Get your head out of your ass. Check out Seabright, the've got their shit together.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Roasted malt, caramel to toffee aroma. Roasted malt flavoured, toffeeish with a subdued sweetness and nice bitterness lifting the light butterish toffee malt. Bitter and roasted mixed flavoured finish.
