Commercial Description:
Following in U.S. tradition that bigger is better, this I.P.A. is truly American. From it's amber waves of 2-row grain, to the copious amounts of American grown "Super-Hops". This hoppy I.P.A. uses five varieties of the most potent hops grown on American soil. So throw your hand up and get a High Five from the bartender.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours slightly cloudy amber with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is, well, hoppy, with a sort of clean, crisp mixture of pine and citrus. Flavor is similar, though with considerable malt backing, managing to be moderately sweet. Quite tasty.
