Commercial Description:
This recipe was brewed by the winner of our home brew contest. Dave Bossie used nine different malts and two types of sugar to create this unique beer. Peated malt gives a smokey aroma to the finished product. This beer is big and complex, but she goes down easy. Approx. 8.0% alc/vol.

Dark brown but clear with ruby highlights. Tannish head that fizzles out pretty quick. Aroma is bready malt with a wisp of smoke. Flavor is the same, kinda thin and underwhelming with a slightly meaty smokiness. Not robust enough for the alcohol level. Pretty drinkable though.
