(Sampler at the brewpub) Penguin ESB is a deep shimmering amber ale with a thin, oily white head that leaves great lacing. Spicy hops dominate the nose. It has a very smooth medium bodyand the flavor is mellow, wooden and spicy. Excellent ESB!
