Not very exciting, but no apparent flaws or oddities. Davecooks (1150), Bay Area, California, USA Feb 6, 2007 Draft. The clearest, palest yellow beer I’ve ever seen, actually looks like a cider but for the head which is white with good retention. Buttery, lemon malt aroma. Toasted malt flavor with some banana notes. Strange spicy and dry finish.
